World Mental Health Day

According to the World Health Organisation (WHO) 1 in 8 people suffer from some form of mental health disorder. At Celeros Flow Technology we are committed to fostering the health and happiness of our employees and the wider communities in which we operate.

The theme of World Mental Health Day 2022 is to make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority. We fully support this ambition and encourage our teams worldwide to participate in local fundraising events and support their chosen mental health charity.

Examples this year included team building and fundraising events at our Plenty Pumps and ClydeUnion Pumps sites in Glasgow, UK. The “Take a Break” coffee mornings included a raffle to raise money for local Scottish charity Accord Hospice and the nationwide charity Dementia UK, with various prizes donated by local businesses. These included a back massage, fitness bootcamp and vouchers towards bicycle repairs and tools, as well as some tasty treats.
