We’d like to share some of the ways in which our values of speed, partnership and excellence have been applied in recent months. Rapid turnaround on a Plenty Twinro Screw Pump for a customer in Dubai and a full strip and inspection of a BB5 cartridge, shipped in from Oman, are just two of the projects completed in the same week by our Service Center team in Abu Dhabi. Meanwhile, our ClydeUnion Pumps team in the UK has performed a major overhaul of a BB3 pump - including case welding, line boring and an all-new rotating element – improving lifecycle performance and delighting the customer.

As well as delivering outstanding service solutions for operational equipment, our Service Centers act as vital sources for original engineered parts and equipment. For example, our Service Center in Houston, USA, carries stock of M&J 6” and 8” ANSI 600 Expanding Gate Valves, helping oil & gas customers to minimize downtime.

And let’s not forget the OEM side of our business, which continues to manufacture pumps, valves, filtration equipment and pipeline access systems to the highest standards, despite COVID restrictions. For instance, GD Engineering has recently manufactured and supplied flanged Bandlock™2 Closures for a central processing station off the Malaysian coast near Sarawak. The quick-opening closures allow safe and reliable access to the offshore pressure vessels and improve product lifecycle.
