Copes-Vulcan Agreement with CVS Improves Total Lifecycle Support for Our UK Valve Customers

09/07/22

Our Copes-Vulcan brand has signed a new agreement with Control Valve Services Ltd (CVS) that will improve and extend the valve maintenance and repair services available to customers of their high quality control valves, actuators and steam conditioning equipment.

Mark Wheat, Global Technical Sales Manager for Copes-Vulcan, says: “We’re delighted with the new agreement, which will see Copes-Vulcan and CVS working more closely together to provide total lifecycle support for our valve customers in the UK and overseas. Both companies have a proud heritage and considerable knowledge of the challenges faced by industrial valve customers, who need reliable technology backed by timely service to safeguard production and maximise ROI.”

CVS specialises in control valve maintenance in the power, oil & gas and petrochemical markets, making them an excellent strategic fit for Copes-Vulcan. Their skilled technicians will provide 24/7 support to our Copes-Vulcan customers through their strategically located control valve repair centres, and through deployment of their fully equipped mobile workshop vehicles.

Working in partnership with Copes-Vulcan, CVS will deliver services including new plant commissioning, planned maintenance service outages, emergency repairs, valve upgrades and retrofits, performance analysis and diagnostics. They will also act as an approved supplier of Copes-Vulcan OEM equipment and parts.
