Description
Our pumps are custom manufactured. All pump casing parts are powder coated cast iron, bronze or nickel-aluminum bronze as a standard. Duplex stainless steel is optional. The vertical line shaft pump features a flanged, fabricated steel or fiberglass discharge case. Impellers are locked to the shaft with 316 SS or K-500 Monel collets and are dynamically balanced to minimise vibration and maximise service life. Replaceable SAE 660 bronze neck rings provide additional protection against wear. Phenolic backed cutless rubber bearings or vesconite bearings are consistently lubricated by the pumped liquid, helping reduce failures and maintenance. The pump features highgrade pump shaft quality 316 SS or K-500 monel for high horse power applications. The assembly is equipped with zinc or aluminium anodes for cathodic protection against electrolysis.
