Environmental

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our ESG Performance Report outlines the positive steps we're taking to minimize our environmental impact and drive sustainable innovation, including:

• Our aspiration to achieve carbon neutrality by 2035, with a roadmap to reach net zero emissions by 2050.

• Site-specific initiatives and projects have significantly reduced our Scope 1 & Scope 2 carbon emissions

• Development of high-efficiency products support customer Scope 3 emissions reductions

• Measures to reduce water consumption and waste production across our operations.

Social

• Ongoing investments in employee training programs to foster growth and development

• ESG initiatives are reviewed quarterly by our Board of Directors, ensuring accountability at the highest level

• We achieved 100% completion of our annual online compliance training, reinforcing our commitment to ethical conduct

• Strict adherence to anti-corruption laws across all our global operations

• Use of EthicsPoint for confidential reporting of compliance concerns, promoting a culture of integrity.
